At the first stage, the specialists of our investment department analyze all the land plots available for construction (both on the market and offmarket) in the resort towns of Montenegro. After a promising investment object is found, an assessment of potential demand and current value is carried out. This takes into account market indicators specific to a particular area.
For investment, we offer our customers only those land plots, the cost of building on which, from 30% to 70% below the finished object in the area. Already at the first stage, legal purity is checked, an analysis of the parameters required for the construction is carried out, a draft business plan is determined.
