Architectural project for the construction of 2 and 3-storey luxury country villas in the resort area of Montenegro, Tivat, Donja Lastva.

The project is expected to build up to 10 objects of small, medium and large area.

The projected area of the villas is 180 m2 and 270 m2 with a swimming pool on the territory.

The architecture of the villas is made in a restrained Mediterranean style.
